This is bullsh!t and you are just writing it to get hits to your site. Either that or you are completely out of touch with reality. Taylor was huge before the vmas, and would have and still will go on to be bigger on her own terms without “help” from rude insensitive behaviour from arrogant fools like west. To suggest that he helped her career is not only insulting to her and a failed attempt to justify his verbally accosting her in front of all her peers and heroes as well as millions on stage, it also smacks of being just as much rudeness and insensitivity of the first offense perpetrated by the aforementioned west. Go back and look at Ms. Swift’s face, read the stories of those that were actually there and witnessed her hurt and tears and think about how the rest of her life she will have to relive that moment of being unsure if everyone in the crowd was cheering West for his comments and booing her, and she will have to answer these same stupid allegations that this horrible action helped her, then come back and try to seriously suggest what you have had the gall to suggest in your headline. Karma and God are always aware of the rights and wrongs, no matter how big or how small, and I’d be careful of carelessly tossing out uninformed opinions and suggestions like you have done here.
If Rush Limbaugh can carelessly say what he says, I can say what I say. I wanted to get people’s opinions. We, in the Black Community, do not know Taylor Swift. Who is she? What did she do? A country artist getting all kinds of great opportunities that black people will never get? Who cares about Taylor Swift.

She sold over 10 millions records this year. More than anyone else.
I am black and was very aware of who taylor swift was before kanye west opened up his stupid mouth. Maybe you should climb outside of your small box and stop being so ignorant.
I’m so tired of some black people constantly regaling people with their story of strife and lack of equal opportunity. Get an education, put in work, and stop blaming ever missed opportunity on the color of your skin, it is not always the reason.
Kanye West is a black man who has had amazing opportunities in his life, he did not grow up in a struggle, his mother was well educated and he had the opportunity to be the same. Instead he takes his fame, propagates his insanely grandiose sense of self entitlement, and takes every opportunity he can to tell the world how awesome he thinks he is and belittle others.
Kanye West does not give back to the “black community” and he does not even serve as a worthy role model, unless you want the next generation to be angry, narcissistic and mentally deficient.
Taylor Swift, take the time to read her history before you start spewing asinine bullshit, has worked ridiculously hard (as any musician has to) to be in the position she is in. And the best part about the girl is she remains, humble, unassuming, and grateful.
Kanye West could be the greatest musician of our time (which i will never believe to be true). But his character is so shameful, it’s the saddest thing in the world to see him fulfill the stereotype of a loud mouthed, unfiltered, brass black person. Kanye, how about you give back for once and stop bringing down black people as a whole with your pathetic displays.
And don’t say “we in the black community” as if we are one collective mind. I am black, I am my own person, and I am entitled to appreciate whoever I want regardless of their race.
