There are three types of Internet marketing strategies that you can use to drive traffic to your website on your way to selling your product or services. Email is the way that people and mainly spammers focus on primarily. I read none of these types of marketing letters. I get roughly 100 emails everyday of which 95 are spam marketing letters no matter how legit. They are from legit affiliate marketers selling anything from online education to Wal-Mart gift cards.

We’ve all seen them and they go directly to junk folders and get deleted. It doesn’t work no matter what anyone tells you. I personally tested it by sending out 1,500 emails and not one person clicked on the email letter from our statistics report. Not one. Email = EPIC FAIL.
Internet advertising has grown in popularity and people use Google, Facebook, and Myspace to pay for ads to reach target markets. These are good sources of developing leads and potential sales. Just know that this is costly and if you’re targeting very popular keywords that can run you anywhere from $30 per day to $500 per day.
The third way lies in blogging and creating a website that is already search engine optimized and writing about a subject that you are very familiar with to move awareness of your brand and your products and/or services. I recommend to our clients to ditch the static website and create a blog based website. You must have a website that has constant dynamic changes to it each day or even frequently per day to increase visitors to your website.
