Does personality matter in business? You bet your bottom dollar and your top dollar, it does. I turned away business because of someone’s personality. Their personality was not meshing with mine so I didn’t care how much money they had, I didn’t want the business. People are so money hungry in today’s world that they will take from people and do anything they can for business. They will cheat and steal from folks, just to win the contract and get to the money.

Not me. I’m not interested in people who are not reputable and who do not do good business with others. Reputation matters in business and so does your personality. If someone has a harsh personality, who wants to do business with them? There are some who will but I’m not one of them. Business needs to be good and whole. Not underhanded and shady. I’d rather wait on the good business instead of taking the underhanded shady money just to post profits.
