Yes, we’ve all lost mega thousands of dollars in this crazy housing crunch. I concur and have lost thousands personally. However, in line of our new thinking process (see Wealth Mind Tricks 101), we believe that we can accomplish anything. Ok then. Since properties are so low, we have to bundle them together in a package so that it is sweet to investors. Finance people and brokers do not want to fund a $25,000 house for 30 years. There’s no incentive in that deal for a broker. Here’s what to do: Package a set of 4 of those homes into one financial package totalling $100,000. Now, the finance people can feel that because the numbers are actually higher and finance people like larger numbers to fund. It’s still not going to be easy but you’re on your way.
The real key to this game is to really fix up and rent out the property. So many people tried to get rich quick, finance the properties, and leave them unfinished and sitting there to rot while they have the money in Tahiti somewhere. Do NOT do this. Look at real estate as a business that you really want to be involved in. If it’s not, go do something else.
When I’m in Atlanta, I workout over at Samson’s gym at New Birth in Lithonia, GA. I workout with lots of DeKalb County police. One day, we were choppin’ it up on the basketball court after some full court hoopin’ and one of my friends tells me that they have quotas that they have to meet in writing tickets in DeKalb County.
I said “Quotas?”, looking on alarmed. He went on to tell me that before each shift, officers are told that they have to write a certain amount of tickets as quota each day before their shift is over to make profit for the county and/or city. Yes, their main job is to protect and to serve us lay citizens of the counties but in a recession, the move is on to write tickets and earn revenue for counties who are struggling to make budgets work.
Counties have lost considerable income with the loss of property tax money and the foreclosure debacle, therefore, to replace this lost revenue stream, they are looking for their officers to write tickets to make up this money. I told dude that he’s in sales not law enforcement. We kept playing and laughed it off. They are all hard working good dudes whom I respect immensely.
Well, Diddy didn’t actually say that. He said “Mo Money, Mo Problems”. I think he was wrong and so does the rest of the country! It’s actually the reverse. When you don’t have any money, your problems become even greater by the day. So, the task of the year is to make MO MONEY so that you can increase YOUR PROBLEMS = INCOME! But how? It is time to go for self and create your own opportunity. Waiting on the Government is pointless whether that’s Federal, State, or a local Government to help bail anyone out of anything.
You’re going to have to work hard to create your own income this year. Accept this. Believe this. Get moving towards it today. I know it’s harsh and I know it hurts but this is real. This is not a joke. Your only chance at survival is you. What does this mean exactly and why does it sound so harsh? It means that you must wake up each day and develop your own business or tools to sell to somebody. Whatever it is, monetize it, be very good at it, and sell it to somebody as a service or as a product if you can create it.
Take this seriously because it is a warning of truth. Jobs are scarce or to take a job you’ll have to relocate your entire life to some city or state that you never planned to be in. You must mobilize yourself and your personal troops now so that you can become stabilized and make money where you live.

The game takes place in the future, and was announced to be in development back in January. It was not immediately clear what the plot of the game would be, but it is apparently taking place in Russia, and Russia will be teaming up with Norway to create a fictional alliance that will reportedly lead to the next world war. It has been reported that the game will feature weaponry that has been in development over the last ten years but has not been immediately available for the troops and soldiers in the United States military. The game is reportedly much more fast paced than the last installment in the series, and will also feature quite a bit more action throughout the campaign. The game will also reportedly feature a robust online mode.

Inflation is coming fast over the next several years which means that the United States dollar will continue to flatten.
