Gerard Spinks Publishing is known online and offline as The UndagroundMilli. We are an independent imprint label specializing in selling books and music to the hip-hop audience, soldiers, high school students, and college students. The books that we carry are by authors who specialize in writing material that is geared toward the urban community that can include large metropolitan areas in the United States and abroad.
That market can also include the African-American community at large and specifically targeted to the 15-25 year old ages. Our primary target audience is in high school, college, or in those age ranges of those years. This age group represents 75% of our target audience or 3 out of 4 African-Americans.
Additionally, our spill over market includes urban members of other races in the United States, Mexico, Europe, Japan, and China to include Asian Americans, European based Americans, and other racial groups that consume, listen, and read hip-hop oriented titles.
