I call this condition “The Gth Condition”. We are pushed out of the inner and out of the outer putting us in the “The Gth Condition” which is where we need to build our own future and our own success in order to survive in 2010 and beyond.
With housing prices in California out of control, what hope is there for our children to own a house in 2010, 2015, and beyond? We need to put a serious plan together to come up or else we as Black Americans and as Americans as a whole are going to simply be pushed out of being to live and succeed in the United States of
America.
Today, there are more immigrants coming to America replacing the average American worker. As Black folks, we have a hard enough
time finding a regular job at a large company and now we are being replaced by foreigners who do the job for cheaper and who have
become the new American workforce and cheap labor pool. It is imperative and demanded that we learn and master how to create money for our own good and not rely upon the typical corporate money flow to create and sustain our livelihood.

The impact of education on your wealth can be immense. First of all, let me define what I think education is. Education is not always institutional and achieved by reading assigned text by a teacher
in a high school or university. Education can be gathered on the street and by listening and learning about other people from their stories.
I do not advocate dropping out of high school or college however and do believe that getting an education is good just from a standpoint of meeting new people and getting influenced positively to do and create new things.
Without an education of some sort, ninjas are left out in the cold relying upon the military for a job and being subjected to going to war, fighting for some country you know nothing about, and having the military pay for your college if you can return alive from going to war.
It is very important that you get some sort of education and complete this education in order to get ahead in this United States society. You must learn something to add value. You don’t
necessarily need a college degree for this education. But you need to learn something that you can turn around and sell to somebody else that is valuable. You can learn how to become a sound engineer by going to volunteer and a sound engineering studio for free and learning how to work the boards. You can go to a film editing
company and volunteer your time and learn how to edit films using an Apple G5 computer and all of the editing software on these computers.
