People always wonder why I call myself the Underground Millionaire. They always want to know if I have one million dollars in cash sitting at my home.

People always wonder why I call myself the Underground Millionaire. They always want to know if I have one million dollars in cash sitting at my home. I say this and I mean it: you are exactly who you say you are and act as you are. In other words, if you say you’re a millionaire but your actions are those of a criminal, you will never ever be a millionaire. Not for long any way.

If you say you are the best writer in the world, and put forth action to be the best writer in the world, you will become the best writer in the world. You must act with conviction and your action must match your intention.

You cannot intend to be something and act completely opposite of your intention and hope to succeed. Many people fail with that simple sentence and fact alone. You must not only say it and claim it. You must act it out every single day in order to achieve your dreams. Keep pushing and driving and you will make it.

Indian IT Industry Moves Into The Consumer Market

The only real way of countering this outsourcing problem is to make sure that you have skills or work in an industry or position where you cannot do the work in another location or country. If you’re thinking your job might be outsourced you need to keep all of your options open. If the company looks like they’re moving jobs away, they are. The first step is to NOT be in denial of this process.

When a corporation tells you they are moving to another country and downsizing, don’t believe that you are so special that they are going to keep you there. One day, they are simply going to come in and give you a 5 day notice. Corporations do this so that they keep you loyal and keep you in the job until they can gracefully move the job.

You must look for another job asap and don’t rest on your laurels. Too many Americans rest thinking that this will never happen to them. Many people on Wall Street felt this same way and my friends who work on Wall Street have been without a job or income for a year at times. You can’t rest. They will end the job. Be prepared by looking now or launching a business and really going hard on your business.

A real Tsunami or massive flood like the one that hit New Orleans impacts low lying areas first and foremost with complete and total destruction. The same thing holds true for economic tsunamis. The economic kind first rears it’s head and impacts those who are economically and sometimes mentally in low-lying areas.

To survive this, we need to move from economic low levels to medium or higher levels up the economic ladder. We must be focused on getting out of low-lying mental areas that will always be destroyed first. To get out of flat areas, you must first be focused on getting out. This means that you cannot become comfortable with the low level. You must recognize that the low level will always get destroyed and it’s only a matter of time before you sit right in the eye of the storm unable to move out of the path of destruction.

The first step is awareness and a non-acceptance of the condition of being in a flat area. The second step is in knowing full well that an economic tsunami will hit. It is only a matter of time. Do not become complacent with this and feel that everything is ok and that you don’t need to get out there. Get out. You must make a plan to get out and move up the economic ladder and improve the life of you and your family.

Now, I know most people are going to say that this is much easier said than done. This is not true. You can get out and move up the ladder. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to do this though. You must be committed to changing yourself and your life. You must be hyper ready for change and you must be prepared to take action right now to move your life out of your present condition.

All markets are crowded in today’s world. The music industry is crowded with artists who sound alike and who attempt to do the same thing that was successful for the next artist. Teams in The National Football League will see teams get success with a certain type of quarterback, an offense like The Wildcat, or a new defensive scheme, and try to duplicate it exactly to get the same success.

In order to be the one who stands out, you must be the one who creates and innovates the space. If you constantly strive for innovation, you will naturally be a leader. People follow real leaders. People pay great leaders for great work and great leadership. Become the leader and you will undoubtedly have the success that you seek.

Innovation is not only found in technology but most of it is. You can also be innovative with an approach or a strategy to be this leader. This requires new thinking and testing new strategies. Don’t be afraid to branch out and test new stuff and present your ideas to investors. You never know what will become an industry standard.

Money itself, if used properly, is a great thing. Money can change your life and make life much better and easier. Money attached to good people is great and a great goal to have. Pursuing cash money itself, can get you locked up. I speak to many people in jail in my prisoner outreach program that say that were locked up for pursuing some sort of cash money.

This allowed me to start seeing why my mother used to say that “money is the root of all evil.” I would like to change this and say that greed is the root of all evil. Money is good. Greed is bad and will kill you and all of your dreams. Black people want material items so bad that often times we will do anything to get a watch, a car, some shoes, and some clothes.

This wanting is what leads us on a path of un-righteousness. The images of this cash money done by rappers also leads us directly on this path thinking that because these rappers flaunt it that we now need it just as bad to show that we are powerful just like the rappers are perceived.

Pursuing cash money and walking around with a wad of $100 bills is bad. This is not a good thing. Investing your money is a good thing. Waving hundreds in the air is not what you want to pursue no matter how flashy it looks and feels. The more you wave hundreds in the air, the more people want to take you off the planet and put you in a casket or jail.

If you want unbridled success, you must harness mathematics and must master Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, and Calculus. You must welcome business statistics class and both macro and microeconomics courses. Of course it’s not cool to take any of these classes but what we are dealing with is not who looks the coolest but who comes out on top in the end financially.

If you are 14-25, I need you to focus on school. I don’t care what you don’t have or what you have. Every one is equal when it comes to education. The person who will be able to take care of themselves, have their own home and multiple homes is the person who masters certain components of education.

If you have other dreams of music, sports, theatre, film or whatever, that’s cool too. Focus on mathematics and focus on those other creative aspects of your life as well. Mathematics and business will be the subjects, however, that takes you into the future and builds you into a successful entrepreneur or businessperson.

An entrepreneur always drives ahead and moves forward. I’ve seen people broke without a dime still pushing ahead and pushing their products forward. To become a success, you can’t take a day off and slow down. You might have to stop for a minute to re-adjust your plans, play the waiting game, or wait to get stuff done when conditions in the market change. But, this doesn’t mean that you should stop all together. Keep driving and keep moving and success will meet you on that path.

Success does not lie on a dormant and lethargic path of life. It never has and it never will. Success lies on a path where people do things every day. This is why opportunity is always presented to people who are always moving and doing something legitimate, adventurous, exciting, and with integrity. Those people always have the “it” factor and always wind up in something awesome. Why? This is because success lies directly on their life path.

They are not successful because they got lucky. They are successful because they constantly strive to create new opportunities for themselves. Keep creating and opportunity will seek you.

This is also the slow route and the anti-get rich quick mentality that is in almost every email offering that you see. Making money online is really a result of building up a name that people trust by what you say and by your actions. Tweeting all day, either, does not do this.

Offering solid products, solid advice, and solid service to your potential customers to turn them into paying customers does this. Unfortunately, this takes time because the Internet is full of both good and bad spam and con artists. The only way to stand out from the crowd of mischievous Internet scammers is to post relevant, truthful, and timely information to build trust of your patrons.

There is no silver bullet and no magic wand over building your brand and making money online. Even as an affiliate marketer, this too takes time and you need patience to tweak offers and learn the best place to market and sell for a particular product that you are marketing.

The first step is to understand that millionaire’s have a mindset first and foremost more than anything. A millionaire does not believe there are limits and ceilings to their money and income. I turned down a job for $115,000 per year a few years ago not because I didn’t like the salary but because my money had a ceiling on it and I pitched to the firm attempting to hire me that I wanted to close $3 Million deals regularly and get a percentage of sales. They declined so I declined.

This is the mindset of a millionaire. You will only see value if you can sell something, make a profit, and not have a ceiling on your money. You will take any measure to do this. It doesn’t matter what’s in your pocket today because you are building your wealth program for the future. It’s true secret lies in what’s in your mind. You must also protect your mind and shield it from friends/opponents who do not believe in this mentality.

Working at home takes discipline, patience, and action. People have somehow mistaken working at home with relaxing’ while watching Maury Povich and television all day while streams of money come rolling in. It’s not going to happen.

Working at home takes discipline. The United States has the technological infrastructure to easily support this. I used to support an Indian Software Engineering Center for Cisco Systems from my home office in the Silicon Valley. All the developers were in Bangalore, India, I was in the East Bay, and our headquarters was down in Milpitas, CA.

What did this take? Discipline. Working at home can be done easily but people abuse it and watch television while they should be working. Contrary to popular belief, you actually don’t need to wake up put on business clothes just to sit down in your home office. If you need all of this type of false hype to make yourself feel like you’re in business mode, you shouldn’t be working from home at all.

You should be able to wake up and do your work and make your money right at home. There are now Internet Phone and Skype that allow you to dial another computer for free. I suggest getting Skype, GoToMeeting.com, and a nice web cam or iMac computer so that you can hold meetings in your home office without interruption and without fail.
