It seems that Kobe Bryant, star of the Los Angeles Lakers has re-aggravated his groin injury and may sit out a couple of games to let this injury fully heal. The craziest thing about the groin is that there is nothing to do to make it better other than rest. If you rush it, you re-injure it. I tried to do this several times and it never worked. No athlete wants to hear that they must sit out for a week but this is necessary so that Kobe doesn’t make this a long term injury.
